Trustworthy Bits Sites

Recommended Posts

Although I've ordered from a wide range of bits stores, I've mainly used these two bits stores:

http://www.bitzarium.com/

These are based in France and is fairly cheap for a bits store and they ship fast. The drawback is that their selection is not the biggest.

This is a UK bits store that has a wide selection, but is more expensive and ships a lot slower. They run discounts every so often, which is nice, but that also means that the good bits are usually gone.

Others worth mentioning:

I've grown to loath bits companies. The idea is a great one, but they charge sky-high prices (sometimes up to a quarter of the value of the kit that the bit came in!) and they invariably don't have the bit you want in stock when you need it. If you've got the time and the patience, you're better off just buying the box you want, clipping the bit out and selling the rest on. If you've got the money to spare, you're better off just keeping the box so you have random bits available for your future projects.

Bits and kits or eBay on the whole.  Depends on what I'm looking for, long ago I stopped relying on them for maxing out a unit weapon option wise as those are the pieces that sell out super quickly.  For odd conversions and similar they're fine.

I've also used the trade section on here to purchase the odd piece
