My plane leaves in a little under five hours, but the gaunt summoner and familiars still need some highlights, detail work and OSL. My bad for being lazy (and hungover) last weekend, didn't get any painting in. I return on the 28th, so I'll have a couple of days to finish them at the end of the month, at least... I made my goals for November: Lord Castellant Lord Veritant Celestial Hurricanum Luminark of Hysh 3 Vanguard Palladors 1 Anointed rider for a Frostheart Phoenix (using Neave Blacktalon model) I also finished a few other items that weren't on my November list: War Altar of Sigmar (I did the other two, why not...) Ancient Temple - Zealot Miniatures 5x knight statues 5x cultist statues Anointed on a Flamespyre Phoenix Hope you like them. I'm just learning how to take pictures of miniatures, I can see that I need to work on the lighting and camera angle already... I also need a bigger lightbox for the bigger models. Thanks, it was pretty easy - rhinox all over, agrax was and then liberator gold. The rhinox then got doombull and tuskgor lightly painted over it. Niltzsche Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 I did not achieve my goals at all. But at least I learned some stuff (mostly what a horribly slow painter I am). So here is what I did this month: finished one beastclaw rider and bringing one other to a point that I might finish him in about 2 hours. Did some good starting progress on my Shadespire Orruks (I had to repaint the black and metal parts since my drybrush of the armour was to messy). Memnoch Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 After not meeting my October goals I was afraid I wouldn't meet my November goals either and I was unfortunately right. Work trips cut drastically into my painting time and as a result I came up short again. My plan was to finish the 5 liberators that I didn't finish in October and that I did get done. Then I was also planning to finish 10 judicators, but there I came up quite short. I got far with the first 5 and they are now shaded and ready for layers, highlighting and basing.
