Hello guys, i have a question about the Vanguard Wind Stormcast Battallion. Can i teleport my liberator unit (using battallion ability) directly in contact base  with enemy models (so i dont need to roll charge) or i need to deploy the liberators at 3" from enemy units? the battallion says: u can deploy them at 5" from prosecutors. (Sorry for my english, it is not so good). THX for answers guys!

On initial reading, it has no stipulation as to how far it must be away from enemy models (something every single other effect like this has). However let me check faqs and such.

Upon finishing research, you are absolutely allowed to set up within 3" of enemy models, provided you are also within 5" of the prosecutors.

Yes - it's a pure set up rule. One of a handful in the game.
