Bat swarms

Hi all guys, I know that with gh2 bloosecrator ability can t stack anymore, what about cloud of horror ability from bat swarm? It's a debuff on enemy units, if I got 2 units of bat swarm both in range of cloud of horror ability with a unit of thunderers, they got -2 to hit? Or just -1? Thx all

-1. The test is if any bats are within 12", not for each.
