New Allies System - Quick Question

Lets say I want to make an Death army, can I still take whatever I want from different factions or is it all capped at 400 points? Like can I take Mannfred, VLoTG and Mourngul in the same army where I use skeleton warriors as battleline? Because they all are from different factions.

Points level of the game determines the points available for allies.
Allies only really come into play if you're going for faction, rather than alliance allegiance - as in a 'death' army, you can still take any death units.
If you're going for deathrattle, you can't take nighthaunt as allies because they're not on the ally list for deathrattle. Soulblight are, so Mannfred and VLoTG are still okay.
But you can take a necromancer and summon a Mourngul.
