Stormhost Triumvirate
I have some small paints taht I bought and didn't fit with how I painted my armies, so I set them aside for quite a while. Would it be possible to use Citadel paints on other types of material, such as wood or clay? (I already know that painting on metal works fine because of stuff like Sisters of Battle)
Gaz Taylor
I think if you have a good undercoat you might be okay. The paints should be fine on those materials but they may need sealing as could absorb the paint rather than let it do it's job.
RuneBrush
They're just a high quality acrylic. As Gaz says you'll likely want a sealer/primer layer on most surfaces for absorbency or prevent it flaking off, but I've painted wood quite happily before. Stormhost Triumvirate
Stuff like imperial primer would be fine for undercoats?

It should be, just depends entirely on what you're painting It won't be that great for something that's absorbent as Imperial Primer is a paint in it's own right. Anything like that I tend to grab a can of Plastikote Clear Sealer and whack a few layers down first.
