I just gave my chaos army to my little brother for his birth day because I wanted a fresh start so I got a ironjawz megaboss and I want to keep building up but I'm still thinking what should I name my army and megaboss also what should I paint my army? Plz help me?!?

I recommend that you invest in the Ironjawz painting guide.  It's a steal at $10, and includes several different paint schemes (7 different clans plus other guides for specific models) and some related lore to help get you inspired.

For inspiration in terms of lore, the Battletome itself is a good starting point. The novel Fury of Gork is also pretty ace, and will give you some ideas about where to go with your IJ army.

In terms of paint scheme the best thing to do is just look around and see what you like the look of. The first you need to think about is if you're going greenskin or not? Some great examples of brown and even blue flesh on orruks floating about. If you're going good old fashioned green however, you can move on and worry about the main colour of any Ironjawz army, which is the armour itself.

Even though I really enjoy the bright, almost iridescent colour schemes of Ironjawz that you often see (yellow, orange etc), I ended up going for a much darker, almost death-inspired scheme. It's whatever you'll enjoy painting really! Can't recommend enough taking some time looking at a colour wheel though, they're invaluable in determining what colours you want to use together (although sometimes rules are there to be broken of course).

Rule of thumb:

Red paint covers really well as the pigments are dominant.
Yellow paint covers very poorly as the pigments are weak.

If you are new to painting these guys, I'd go with green skin and red or black armor as it makes for easy clean ups. Follow Warhammer TV tutorials, keep everything clean, solid thin layers with multiple coats. Use wash and light drybrush. Don't care about the eyes, they are not necessary.

I'd say get two Start Collecting box, two boxes brutes, and a megaboss on Maw Cursha and you should have what you need. As we get allies here I would suggest holding off on the weirdboy and Maw Crusha to see what you'd like to spend the 400 points on. Gargants, rouge Idol? Yum Yum!
