  1. Battletome: The End Times

Welcome, to Battletome: The End Times. The result of more than 2 years of hard work, this is my tribute to the Old World. This project is a complete conversion of all the original End Times scenarios into battleplans for your games of Age of Sigmar. It also has added Times of War rules and campaigns to make it as content packed and interesting as possible. It has even been designed to be faction neutral, so you can use it even if you don't have any Old World factions. It's a complete Narrative gaming package for all fans of Age of Sigmar.
For those of you unfamiliar with the story, the End Times were a series of campaign books that detailed the doom of the World-That-Was. Over the five tomes, we learned of the heroics and tragedies of our favorite heroes as they struggled valiantly against the coming storm. In Nagash, we see the Great Necromancer once again ressurected, a bid to stall the chaos gods before they can consume the world. In Glottkin, the full might of Nurgle's followers is unleashed. Khaine gave us resolution to the setting-defining conflict between the High Elves and the Dark Elves, before the isle of Ulthuan was sunk. During Thanquol, the Skaven rise up and destroy the empires of the Lizardmen and Dwarfs. And finally, in Archaon the heroes make their last stand against the forces of Chaos. Ultimately, Archaon, Lord of the End Times, succeeds. The Old World is destroyed, leading to the birth of the Mortal Realms.
Battletome: The End Times features contributions from more than 50 people! Many have sent photos, given technical help, done proofreading or a thousand other things. This project wouldn't exist without all of you. Thank you. This also makes Battletome: The End Times one of the largest community collaborations in all of Warhammer! You guys are all awesome. Really. I have been humbled by how generous everyone has been with their time and efforts.

  2. Mighty Battles: An Age of Sigmar Campaign System

Mighty Battles is a campaign system for two players, designed to be played across a single day, weekend or a couple of club nights. If you've ever played a campaign that just died a slow death, you know how frustrating that can be. Mighty Battles is here to allow you and an opponent to string your battles together in a simple structure, add some narrative details, and finish the story in a reasonable amount of time! Included is a guide on how to design your own Mighty Battles campaigns.
All 5 End Times campaigns are also packaged in, giving you plenty of content right off the bat!

  3. Battletome: Nagash

Battletome: Nagash was the first of the End Times campaign books. It follows the story of his resurrection all the way until he crushes the kingdom of Nehekhara.
This is the longest tome in the project, featuring 21 battleplans. It also includes the two Times of War "Haunted Battlegrounds" and "Darkest Depths" as well as the Mighty Battles campaign "The Rise of Nagash".

  4. Battletome: Glottkin

Battletome: Glottkin is part 2 of the End Times books. This is the original appearance of the Glottkin, a trio who would return again and again to plague the Mortal Realms. Where Nagash focused on the Undead, this tome is set squarely in the Empire, with Karl Franz taking center stage.
Among the shorter tomes, it contains 6 battleplans for your to play. In addition, it has the "Chaos Ascendant" and "Streets of Death" Time of War rules and the "Conquest of the Tentacle Lord" Mighty Battles campaign.

  5. Battletome: Khaine

Khaine is the third part of the End Times saga. This was the turning points in more ways than one, as the massive conflict between the High Elves and Dark Elves was resolved, and the enigmatic Wood Elves were brought back into the fold.
This is another shorter battletome with another 7 battleplans. It contains a single Time of War, "The Great Vortex Weakens" and a Mighty Battles campaign, "The Return".

  6. Battletome: Thanquol

This is the fourth tome in the End Times series of campaign books. The Skaven unleash their endless hordes, and the empires of Dwarfs and Lizardmen fall. There would be no coming back from this.
Here you will find 6 battleplans detailing the fall of Lizardmen and Dwarfs, as well as Thanquol's shining moment! The Time of War "Realms of the Lizardmen" is also included, as is the Mighty Battles campaign "The Doom of Belegar".

  7. Battletome: Archaon

This is the final tome in the collection. Battletome: Archaon covers the final moments of the World-That-Was.  This is really where the whole sage ends. Archaon the Everchosen shows why he's called Lord of the End Times.
It contains no Time of War rules, but compensates with 11 battleplans, many of them quite complex. It also has a Mighty Battles campaign, "Plague and Death", no points for guessing who's involved in that!

Overlord Grimni "The Grim" Goldbeard is dead, leaving a seat open on the Reaper King's council.  Warbands amass in Reaper to attempt to claim it, and the streets will run red with blood.  This book is a 5-battleplan skirmish campaign.

  9. Realmwar: Aqshy

This file is a PDF of the basic rules for running a hex map AoS campaign. The rules are deliberately 'loose' to allow you to play any type of AoS game (matched play, Path to Glory, Skirmish, etc.) within the same campaign.
I'm running the first Realmwar at my local club, Newcastle Warlords, from January so it'll get extensive playtesting then. I'll update the file if we find any issues.
I'll also add 'Global Events' and 'Special Hexes' when we've come up with some cool ideas.
Please enjoy and, if you use these rules, let me know what you think. Feedback would be massively appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Steve.

  13. AoS Rat Tank Rules

This is something I've been kicking around for a while.
many years ago, White Dwarf published a Clan Skryre based army list with a few conversions, things like augmented rat ogres and special rules for Skryre forces.
The most interesting (in my opinion) was the Skaven Rat Tank. It had a backstory, a conversion guide, and most importantly a set of rules.
Which I have attempted to recreate the rules for with this warscroll.

I would love your thoughts and constructive feedback on it, as this is essentially version 1.0.
I know occasionally these conversions pop up on ebay, but I'm working on one using the current plastic kits.

  14. Efengie Campaign Book 2

The second book of the Efengie Campaign series contains 5 Battleplans based on Warhammer World's Clash of Empires framework.  It also includes Time of War rules for battling at the Gates of Eucebium.  But that's not all, there are also 2-player narrative campaign rules for playing the battleplans as a series of linked battles.

  15. Coalescence 2017 Player Pack

    Welcome Narrative Player!
You are a participant in something grand, with over 60 events taking place over the world, we look forward to hearing your stories.
In this pack we detail the 3 Battleplans of the event and the scoring mechanics. The Narrative Event Organiser (NEO) running the event has the freedom to embellish it even further, or even make it simpler. Contact your NEO for further details.
WHAT KIND OF NARRATIVE EVENT IS THIS?
This is an introductory narrative event that should be simple enough for new event organizers to feel comfortable running, while providing some fun new narrative ideas for the veteran storytellers. Think of it as a mini campaign that gets completed in a day, and provides enough substance for you to walk away with great stories of triumph and ruin.
    FEATURES OF THE EVENT
Story Driven - Your actions change how the story develops.
Linked Games - Results of one game affect another.
Asymmetrical Battleplans - armies may have different or opposing objectives rather than mirrored ones.
Team scoring - Scoring encourages team cooperation rather than just individual success.
Game Variety - Varied game sizes and a mix of 1v1 and multiplayer games.
Narrative Awards - Awards that recognize achievements that relate to the story.
    WHAT, WHERE, WHEN?
    What:
    Where: When:
    1 day
    3 Games,
Global Narrative Event Warhammer Age of Sigmar
    NEO’s choice
    Saturday, June 10th, 2017
3 LINKED GAMES OF VARIED SIZES
Players should bring 1500 points that can also be broken down into 1000 and 500 point lists. Your NEO will let you know if you should include pitched battle Vanguard limitations for construction, Rules of 1, and Reinforcement Rules per the GHB. The one ‘MUST HAVE’ is a model with the Hero keyword that will be their general through every game.
    GRAND ALLIANCE TEAMS
Players will be playing in teams representing the Grand Alliances. The NEO organising your event may have all of them represented or only 2 represented. The players join whichever Grand Alliance Team that they prefer, whether it matches their army they brought or not. If a Grand Alliance is only represented by one player, they can be their own team and play as the UNDERDOG, or join another team. Teams don’t need to be even either, the scoring system looks favorably on the UNDERDOGS.
    TEAM OBJECTIVES
In the story, each general is attempting to win favor with the Keystone Shard by performing awesome feats on the battlefield. While the battleplans have objectives that advance the story, winning a Battleplan Victory in the scenario is just one of 7 feats that players can accomplish to attune the Keystone Shard to their alignment. But only one team member needs to accomplish any given objective to score it for the team. The Grand Alliance that performs the most feats in a Game Round is favored by the Keystone Shard and becomes Ascendant for the next round.

  18. Shardsfall

Moderators please tag this post as you seem appropriate (its my first file!)
With Reading the Hinterlands Ruleset by Bottle, and a firm love for the old mordheim rules, I've modified and updated the Mordheim rules into a format which I think will be compatible with Age of Sigmar. I apologise for how blank the file looks (formatting isn't really my thing)

I would like to mention that some of the Mordheim rules have been copied modified and updated for this document, I do not claim to have created these rules. The rules which I have updated or created are inspired by Hinterlands by Bottle and my own personal tweaks and additional rules that I see fit.

  20. Winds of Magic for Age of Sigmar

    Hi everybody,
This is a house rule I made in order to enrich magic in the game, taking inspiration from the old 8th edition winds of magic phase. I also added new spells for each grand alliance that are supposed to be the high risk/high reward spells you want to use when you have a lot of power dice and little spell slots to use.
I tried to make the rules so that you don't need to change anything from any warscroll and all the spells already available (and also those that are going to be released next) should work perfectly.
Please try this in your games if you are interested, and let me know if any balancing problem occurs, the rules are still in an early version and I had the chance to play only a few games with it myself.
Looking forward to hearing from you guys, happy wargaming,
    Laerethian

  24. Draft Hex Campaign Rules

I've been putting together some rules for running hex campaigns in AoS. The rules for map campaigns in the General's Handbook are frustratingly brief and don't really give you much to play with, so I thought I'd put something together.
I'm aiming to keep the rules light, using the General's Handbook stuff where possible, and trying to avoid bogging things down in pointless additional content (simple clarity seems to be the way in AoS).
The rules will consist of a core document containing the basic hex mechanics (this document) and a Warlords of the Realms document, which will contain specific rules for setting your campaigns in the various realms. I'm yet to produce the second document but I'm planning to take inspiration from the official Time of War rules as they become available.
If you get time to read it, please feel free to comment.
    Thanks in advance!
