About this blog

My name is Ciaran Smyth, and I am a mildly competitive player from Ireland. Since I took up AoS towards the end of last year, I can be found in competitive events across Ireland and the UK, apologising profusely to opponents as I deploy 160 Plague Monks in a single drop. I sleep on beds of Plague Monks. If you turn me upside down, Plague Monks will rain from my pockets. On census forms, I tick the "Plague Monk" box in the gender section. If you want insight into mixed Skaventide, you have come to the wrong place. For I have no insight into anything, and I scoff at your clanrats and Stormfiends. I am a man of Plague Monks and I live to CRUSH. Follow me.

There's a significant ch

Utter Units - A Clan Pestilens Review

A unit review seems like a good place to start. This has already been covered here by Arch Squeaker @AIdenNicol444, a superior player with a superior blog. But many months have passed since and, in that time, we have seen points increases, meta changes, Skull Cannons selling out, people trying to sell their 9 Skull Cannons, not to mention the release of Age of Sigmar 3.0: Daddy's got a Brand New Activation. So I think it is worth briefly revisiting Clan Pestilens units in this brave new world.
