  1. Game 5 new BoK army v Seraphons

Hi all, Game 5 tonight with my Blades and had an epic super close great game versus my mate Paul's gorgeous Seraphon army.. 2000 points Matched Play, and I ran a Gore Pilgrims based list (below). I love Seraphons too so was really looking forward to this game, and we had plenty of trash talk leading up to it🐸 We played Starstrike, and went 5 turns 🏆 He was running a Starpriest, a Skink Priest, a Sauraus Sunblood, 15 Sauraus Guard (love these 😍), 2 x 20 Skinks, some Camelion Skinks, some Teradactols, a Stegadon and 2 Bastilidons with chaos hating lazers... I did my normal-ish deployment with the Bloodsecrator dead middle, Stoker and Priests central and within 8", Bloodletters in centre left and centre right, double BT's central too, and Warriors and Reavers protecting flanks and rear.. He went 1st on Turns 1-4, and I managed to win priority on Turn 5. The pieces of stars came down on my left / his right in both our deployment areas, and directly in the centre in no mans land. Great game, highlights and learnings were= - Paul rolled a 6 for priority for 3 turns running wtf haha?! - He also rolled a double 6 for BOTH Bastillidons in the same shooting phase and incinerated my Bloodletters😂 - Turn 1 he Teleported his Stegadon onto my left flank and charged 5 Blood Warriors.. He rolled really poorly and they were locked in combat for like 4 rounds I think in the end, with the Blood Warriors finally winning!!! - Blood Warriors are fantastic, such a good little unit and can really dish out the pain, as on the other flank they ended up killing the Saurus Sunblood through attacking when they die😂 - Double BT's hunting in a pack is deadly, as its such a big target and threat you just can't ignore them - Not sure if have got the right load out on the BT's yet, for example was good trying out 'The Mark of the Bloodreaper' but didn't really happen for me.. I think the Immense Power on the WoKBT is a keeper, and the Crimson Crown on the IRBT also - Bloodletters wow, they just don't seem to let you down!! They do their jobs and can really dish them mortals out.. A unit of 25 odd went into his 15 Saurus Guard and killed them just through the Mortals (they got 17 mortals from 47 attacks, as had Killing Frenzy plus plus on them etc) - I tried the Banner on the Bloodsecrator that allows units within 8" to reroll charges.. Whilst wasn't game changing it did allow a couple of charges that would of failed so defo something to try again... Game went 27-25.. Super epic, top game, loved it!! Blood for the Blood God, we came and we took some scalps lol!!

  3. Blades of Khorne Warscroll Battalions musings..

Hi wise blood council.. Wanted to pick your brains on Warscroll Battalions and some thoughts been having.. Below is my current list kindly helped and shaped by @Killax and you all from a previous thread.. However in the absence of gaming, have been watching loads of Bat-reps and cannot wait to get into it and start rolling dice, such an awesome army! In the current meta of teleportation, sewer attacks, deep striking and so on, do I really need the Murderhost Warscroll, as it seems a lot of the time the enemy will come to me..!? Am just thinking am paying 120 for it, whereas the enemy could easily snipe or even assault the Herald from it, and effectliy null and kill the buffs.. Agreed prob my fault as poor deployment, but hopefully get the idea..!? Likewise I might just not even get the first turn and have Stormcast all around me and not need the speed Daemons... I only ask as likewise, in a fast Murderhorde 1st turn moving army, it feels like the Bloodsecrator then is at odds a little, as he needs to be stood still for the effect. So with Murderhost, my first turn most of my army is perhaps forwards and out of his bubble, meaning he might need to move and advance then 1 to keep up, which then doesn't give me the buffs where I need turn 1..!? On some bat-reps been watching (and have watched a lot lol)big units of Bloodletters are being savaged on Battleshock too, so is 3 x 10 better than 1 x 30 discuss!? More board control, more Blood Tithe points, also means enemy has to work harder, howered is less hitting power assuming all 32mm bases can get within 1" etc.. The Blood Host of Khorne for 220 is super expensive, but for 100 extra points over the Murderhorde you get it every turn (assuming models are left), and it can be a huge benefit killing units in your Hero round, boosting Bkood Tithe, then allowing further Hero round buffs and then a normal movement phase thereafter.. I like the Council of Blood too, however at a min of 890 investment it's a bit expensive at 2000.. I know Killkax and you all have prob covered this a thousand times lol, but it's good to talk and I love this army as it has so much depth to it! What do you think wise council of boood, lol or have I been watching too much telly lol!?!
  4. New Bok Army; Game 2 x Tzeentch

Hey wise blood council.. Another game another loss lol!? Whilst got battered was closer this time at 14-9.. I don't know exactly what the Tzeentch army was, but had Lord of Change, some Heralds, Magistar, and mix of mortal and Daemon sorcerer, some Tzangor Enlightened on Discs, a Warscroll, mix of Pink / Blue / Brimstone Horrors and few other bits.. It seemed a really well thought out list and he's a good mate too, and know he can handle the list.. The synergy seemed awesome as everything gets buffs within 9" and so on.. I took this list as wanted to test out Flesh hounds and the Murderhost Warscroll Battalion again.. On the whole my dice sucked lol and couldn't roll above a 2!!?! That said had some glimmers of hope here and there..By end of the game and by comparison, he had used all 9 Destiny Dice, and because his LoC had some Vortex, he was rolling so hot think he had got 7 back by end of game too lol! Tzeentch pack sooooooo much dakka it was obscene lol. I was getting confused as the amount of shooting he did in and out of combat in his hero phase, then on top of the normal shooting phase 😂 So the Murderhost... mmm!! The Bloodletters unit #1 rolled a 12 for the move couldn't believe it!! Then I whipped them and then did the WoKBT Blood hunt command ability.. in my combat phase they then rolled double 1's so they just ran out of steam and sat there lol!! They then took 18 mortal wounds in shooting and I had lost the unit by end of the turn as were counter charge by Brimstones of all things!! In the other pre game moves, the Herald rolled a 3 in total, so great, and Bloodletters unit #2 also moved 3!! Some observations= Murderhost doesn't work in this list, think it needs to be balls deep in Daemons or not al all 2 games in now and still haven't pulled off a charge with any Juggernauts, so either am using them wrong or other armies are faster than gave credit for Juggernauts did seem pretty durable however and soaked up loads of Fire etc.. Wonder what the Brass Stampede would do..!? Double BT's mmmm, both whiffed and an Insensate Rage BT got killed my a Lord of change and couldn't kill it in what 3-4 rounds of combat I don't know of double BT's are worth it, as both games they haven't been the 590 points of pure killing power thought they would of been Bloodsecretsors are handy in combat!! Flesh hounds seem great in paper but meh Blood Warriors were prob my best performing unit lol I am playing Slyvaneth on Tuesday so that will be interesting.. Not sure what will do to the list but might give it one more chance before back to the drawing board and change stuff.. What would you wise council suggest..!?
  5. New BoK Army, Game 1 v Bonesplitters

Hi all, Tonight I had my first game with my new BoK army v Bonesplitters and I got annihilated lol! We played Scorched Earth mission. My list is below and he had... A Shaman type Hero, 2 Shamans on boars, some funny old boys with huge stick things, 2 units of 10 Boar boys, 30 arrow boys and an Idol of Gork.. It didn't look a lot on the table, what 54 models but wowsers that's like 136 odd wounds 😂! Running Murderhost was interesting.. Pre game I rolled 2 7's for both Bloodletters units and a 6 for the Herald. Trying to work out if 120 points was worth it. He had 8 drops so went first. He killed 13 Bloodletters with the arrow boys, and I lost like a further 5 in Battleshock.. My turn 1 managed to get 30 Bloodletters into combat with these stick dudes and his big arrow boy unit which were both in the centre. Bloodletters did like 14 wounds / 7 arrow boys, but got smashed back by the damage from them killer huge stick dudes (12 Bloodletters were killed from justvtgat 1 unit..)!? The weakened 12 man Bloodletter unit whiffed their charge. It then just went downhill from there lol.. -My 2 Mighty Skullcrusher units were on rear guard duty holding objectives so whilst scored my points, didn't do anything and got charged by the boar units -Bloodthirsters whiffed against the Idol and Boar boys -Idol stomped 10 wounds on the WoKBT too, then arrow boys finished him off shooting out of combat at him!!? -Bigger bases are great for extending ranges (e.g. Herald on Jug, Bloodthirster etc), as Crimson Crown was great when got it in -Bloodsectrator was good but his 18" range is interesting in a fast moving army -Murderhost was meh in the game, however can understand it can be really good and need to keep trying it -Can't help but think the Blood Host would synergise really well with Blood Tithe however At the moment the 'fat' in it is the 2 MSC units, the 20 points left over and the Blood Warriors = 400 points in all, however need a third Battleline unit.. Great game, learnt loads. Should be playing Slyvaneth next week 😂😂 -
  6. Hello everybody! I'm new to AoS and got myself some Beastclaws for my first army choice. As I am pretty new, I still have a few questions concerning the rules and equipment choices. My 2000 pts list so far is: Allegiance: Beastclaw Raiders Leaders Huskard on Stonehorn (380) - General - Command Trait : Everwinter's Master - Blood Vulture - Artefact : Ice Mammoth Skull Plate Frostlord on Stonehorn (460) - Artefact : The Pelt of Charngar Units 4 x Mournfang Pack (320) -Gargant Hackers / Hornblower / Banner 2 x Mournfang Pack (160) -Gargant Hackers / Hornblower 2 x Mournfang Pack (160) -Gargant Hackers / Hornblower Behemoths Stonehorn Beastriders (360 - Battleline - Blood Volture Battalions Eurlbad (160) or Jorlbad (140) Reinforcement Points (0) Total: 2000 / 2000 or 1960 / 2000 Allies: 0 / 400 Leaders: 2/6 Battlelines: 4 (3+) Behemoths: 3/4 Artillery: 0/4 My questions are: 1) How would you rate this list overall? 2) Does the buff from the Eurlbad (mortal wound on woundrolls of 6; +1 wound for Huskards melee weapons) count for the blood vulture? If not, would another weapon choice be better for the Huskard and the Stonehorn Beastriders? 3) Would you take the Jorlbad (run and charge in the same turn) over the Eurlbad? What are the advantages of each one? 4) Are there any artifacts more fitting for my leaders? 5) Does the Blade of All-Frost artefact work with the blood vulture? Thanks for all your kind help in advance!!

  10. Hey guys! Had an interesting game against the faeries yesterday. As the title belies, it didn't go well for me. The list I used is as follows: Warboss on Wyvern - 240 - Might is Right - Battered Talisman - Choppa & Shield Savage Warboss - 120 - Battle Brew Arachnarok - 280 - Catchweb Spidershrine Huskard on Thundertusk - 380 - Blood Vulture 20 Savage Orruks - 240 10 Savage Orruks - 120 10 Orruks - 90 30 Savage Arrowboys - 360 Kunnin Ruk - 160 My deployment went well, I had resolved before the game that I would kill either the Treelord or the Spirit of Durthu on turn 1, and I had the chance. I deployed the 30 savage archers and the huskard right in front of his Treelord. 2 things went wrong though. The huskard botched is 2+ roll (I'm the only one in the world that can botch a 2+ roll at crunch time) that would have scored an automatic 6 mortal wounds. Also, I stupidly forgot that kunnin ruk requires the boss to be within 10" of the unit that is taking the double action. I deployed him on the other side of the table behind a wall for protection. My mistake. The savage archers put about 4 wounds on him. It was a failed mission. Granted if I would have got that 2+ in the game would have changed drastically. On the right hand front my 20 savage orruks went to capture an objective on his side and proceeded to melt his first unit of dryads. About 5 survived. I had the big stabba attack nearby kurnoth hunters and killed 1. 10 savage orruks captured an objective on my side, 10 regular orruks got the other on my side, 20 savages captured one of his. 4-1 for me first turn. His turn comes, kurnoth hunters and another unit of dryads come in along with a tree revenant ambush and charge the 20 savages on the right hand front. They kill a bunch of them. Branchwych comes in with in insane spells and further decimates them. On the left hand front the huskard gets 6 wounds on him via kurnoth, durthu spells, and treelord. He gets the second back to back turn, kills the 20 man savage orruks and the huskard. Treelord and kurnoth hunters on the left front charge 30 arrowboyz and begin the slaughter. I got kind of pissed off at this point and called it. Sure the arachnarok and wyvern hadn't seen combat yet, but even if I pushed the right hand front with them, they wouldn't be able to take out all of his kurnoth hunters, the 2 treelords and everything else. I'm trying really hard not to whine about the Sylvaneth, but for God's sake every unit has like 20 special rules. The treelord is borderline unkillable. with his 3+ save and healing. Their magic is absurd with dwellers below and 4 spells per turn thanks to the battalion bonus. They have healing spells and resurrection spells. I feel like unless everything was executed perfectly, there was no way to win. I did ****** up on the left hand front with Kunnin Ruk and on the right hand front with not getting my monsters into battle. Also the 2+ failed Huskard ability was infuriating. I don't know. Regardless amazing looking table and good game with great friends. That's the most important part I guess. Any ideas on what to do next time, minus don't be dumb re: kunnin ruk and keeping your monsters hidden? Is my list flawed or did I just have bad luck?
  11. Hello all! With the new release of the General's Handbook 2017 I have been busy working on a new Eshin list. I did some calculations and I wasn't very impressed with Nightrunners, however, Gutter Runners are performing extremely well! I came with the idea of just running a full Gutter Runner focused list. Leaders: 1x Verminlord Deceiver 2x Skaven Deathrunner 2x Skaven Assassin 1x Arch-Warlock Battleline: 20x Gutter Runner 20x Gutter Runner 20x Gutter Runner 20x Gutter Runner Artillery: 6x Jezzails The Verminlord can Skitterleap the Deathrunner into position, possibly while carrying a Assassin along with him, or otherwise the Arch-Warlock can carry an assassin. My plan is to keep putting the Assassin in different units in order to confuse my gaming group and make it unpredictable who might be carrying it. The Gutter Runners can be set up anywhere I tactically need them to be, near an objective, or just set up all of them behind enemy lines and start causing havoc with the Verminlord Deceiver. 1 of the Deathrunners can possibly be made a General, so I can use his command ability twice as long as both the images are alive, otherwise the Deceiver is great for this role, with his reroll bonus for all Eshin units.
  12. The beginning

Hi guys, long lurker here but pretty new in AoS in general. My first real army was Ironjawz, but after quite some games and 2 tournaments, i see that actually, a full IJ isn't really effective in tournament (an expensive and quite useless shaman, no ranged, and melee sucks in general). So after some readings and as i like greenskins, i decided to build a full Bonesplitterz army for some reasons. First, no one plays them in Paris (oh yeah, i lie, a guy is playing them, but he doesn't do well) so they can create some surprises. Second and third, i love greenskins, so naked screaming orcs do have something, y'know And finally, i really enjoyed their fluff. Great waaghs roaming, looking for great beasts to free GorkaMorka's spirit (sorry for maniacs, i have to sum up a bit) After some brainstorming, i ended with this list in 2000 points. Allegiance: BonesplitterzHeroesManiak Weirdnob (100)Savage Big Boss (100) Ki'Zune- General- Granite Choppas - Artefact: Dokk Juice Wardokk (80)- Artefact: Big Wurrgog Mask Wardokk (80)- Artefact: Big Wurrgog Mask Wurrgog Prophet (140) Fo'XizBattleline10 x Savage Orruks (100)10 x Savage Orruks (100)10 x Savage Orruks (100)Units2 x Savage Big Stabbas (100)2 x Savage Big Stabbas (100)40 x Savage Orruk Arrowboys (400)20 x Savage Orruk Morboys (240)10 x Savage Orruk Morboys (120)BattalionsBonegrinz Warclan (40)Kunnin' Rukk (60)Teef Rukk (40)Kop Rukk (100)Total: 2000/2000 So you can see some holes in artefacts and general traits, that's because i have the french book, and i am lazy enough to not search the english names right now Basically, 5 spells per turn, a kunnin'Rukk, 200+ HP on the table, one place on deployment. On the paper, it sounds good, we'll see where this is going. I started to buy, i have for now 2 shamans, and 40 guys glued. 60 more to buy and the last heroes. And i have to paint it all (and test it for sure) BEFORE the end of August, as we have a big tournament here in Paris. And i really believe in it. Or maybe i may paint it all before testing it, so i'll have to stuck myself to play it Stay tuned for next entry, test of color scheme, and a bit of a fluff (because fluff does matter) !
  13. 2000 Skaven Army

Hello, I want to make a new skaven 2k list now that I have Sayl on the way. This army is 1960 points right now, but I'm uncertain what I should add or replace. I did consider using a Verminlord Warbringer instead of the deceiver and take 40 Clanrats instead of 30, but I'm uncertain if it would add as much value as the deceiver does. Allegiance: Chaos Heroes Skaven Warlord (100) - Warpforged Blade Tretch Craventail (100) - General Verminlord Deceiver (320) - Artefact : Crown of Conquest Sayl The Faithless (160) Units 30 x Clanrats (180) -Rusty Spear 10 x Clanrats (60) -Rusty Blade 10 x Clanrats (60) -Rusty Blade 3 x Warpfire Thrower Weapon Team (180) 3 x Stormfiends (300) -Warpfire Projectors 30 x Stormvermin (420) -Halberd Battalions Verminus Clawpack (80) Total: 1960/ 2000 Heroes: 4/6 Battlelines: 4 (3+) Behemoths: 1/4 Artillery: 0/4
  14. Freeguild Army Roster - 2000pts

I've been reading about Freeguild armies here and I figured I'd try a roster of my own. It's gone through a few iterations but I think it's solid. C&C welcome! I'm sticking to Free Peoples, Ironweld Arsenal, and Collegiate Arcane sub-factions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Freeguild General w/ Stately War Banner, Sigmarite Weapon & Freeguild Shield - 100 Battlemage - 100 Excelsior Warpriest - 80 Gunmaster - 80 Paladin - 80 20 Freeguild Guard w/ Halberds & Shields - 160 10 Freeguild Guard w/ Swords & Shields - 80 10 Freeguild Guard w/ Swords & Shields - 80 30 Freeguild Handgunners w/ Long Rifle (Marksman) - 300 10 Freeguild Handgunners w/ Long Rifle (Marksman) - 100 10 Freeguild Handgunners w/ Long Rifle (Marksman) - 100 5 Grail Knights - 180 Cannon - 180 Steam Tank - 300 Total: 1920 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Comes in at 1920 points so I'm welcome to suggestions. I could take Order Draconis Cavalry and a Battlemage instead of the Grail Knights, or I could add some more infantry? Anyway, all suggestions welcome!

Instead of take the usual bloodthirster, bloodstoker combo to send in 1 unit at a time was thinking about just marching up with the 4d6 move from murderhost and using priests to drag units closer and buff now they can use 2 prayers.
  16. Hey Team, I'm coming back to Warhammer after an extended extended hiatus (like a decade). I'm kind of unfamiliar when it comes to actually playing with the rules but I have a basic understanding that pitched battles are now objective based. I'm keen to start collecting and building this list, but if you think there are any huge caveats in it then I'd love to hear your thoughts before I shell out the cash for these specific models. Ironclad 440 em. 10 Thunderers 200 em. Endrinmaster 140 em. Khemist 100 3 Endrinriggers 120 3 Endrinriggers 120 10 Arkanauts 120 10 Arkanauts 100 5 Thunderers 100 Khemist 100 10 Arkanauts 120 10 Arkanauts 120 5 Thunderers 100 Khemist 100 2000 The basic idea is that the army is split into three blocks. 2 blocks are made up of: 2 x 10 Arkanauts w 3 skypikes each, 5 Thunders w 5 fumigators, 1 Khemist. These are here to take objectives and hopefully hold them. There are enough wounds with the Arkanauts to soak up some damage. The thunderers provide close support and hopefully dissuade my opponent demolishing the Arkanauts. The Khemist buffs the most appropriate weapon. The third block is the Ironclad (w the self healing hull) with embarked: 10 Thunderers (all with Aethercannons (maybe 2 fumigators...i'm still deciding), Khemist (to buff the thunderers), Endrinmaster (with the hull healing artifact) and 2 units of 3 Endrinriggers to support the Ironclad and provide futher healing: Th idea being the thunderers are the shock unit to get dropped off somewhere useful and knock out the big nasties. The ironclad roams around with the endrinriggers/endrinmaster just soaking up damage (it has 5 opportunities to heal each round) and being a general nuisance/transporting units. I quite like the list in theory, but in practice I have no idea how it would handle. I also haven't decided on which sky-port to align to but having double buffs from the Khemists is currently pretty appealing. I think the biggest weakness here is battleshock, so trying to figure out how I can address that. Look forward to your thoughts. Cheers
  17. Please doctor my 2000 SCE list

Hey folks. Allow me to present you a list I played the other day and had some pretty mad success with: Celestant-Prime (360) Knight-Vexillor (140) - Meteoric Standard, Treasured Standard: Lichebone Standard Lord-Aquilor (200) - General, Trait: Staunch Defender, Artefact: Mirrorshield, Gryph-Charger Trait: Lithe-limbed 5 x Liberators (100) - Warhammers, 1x Grandhammers 5 x Liberators (100) - Warhammers, 1x Grandhammers 5 x Liberators (100) - Warhammers, 1x Grandhammers 5 x Paladin Protectors (200) - 2x Starsoul Maces 5 x Paladin Protectors (200) - 2x Starsoul Maces 6 x Prosecutors with Stormcall Javelins (160) - 2x Stormsurge Tridents 6 x Vanguard-Raptors with Hurricane Crossbows (320) Hammerstrike Force (120) Total: 2000/2000 However, I am still not particularly pleased with it. I am not sure why. Maybe it is the hero selection or trying to do many things at once. The Prime + Vexillor combination performed admirably. It sniped out heroes like no tomorrow and in conjunction with teleporting Paladins and the outflanking Raptors, this list eliminates a lot of the first turn, but is also capable on playing defensively. Things I am not sure about are the following: Is the Aquilor + Hurricane combo with the 520 points I am investing into it? The Aquilor gives up a general slot just to move around the Raptors and the Raptors themselves, while a bit better than Judicators, are very soft and will go down to dedicated ranged lists, which are more common than melee lists these days. I feel like a more useful general could take this spot or even other heroes that have more impact on the whole army, in addition to maybe one set of Fulminators. Next up, is the Vexillor even worth it? Sure, it deals a lot of damage and together with the Prime's shooting and his -2 Bravery modifier it can wreck heroes and force a lot of models to flee. However, I can not shake the feeling that after the initial impact, his performance is non-existent outside of charge re-rolls. And tied with him is the question whether investing in the Prime is right. Sure, he can kill heroes over two turns and force a lot of checks, but Skyfires and Thundertusks will murder him. Still, he seems flexible, just very expensive... Lastly, I am fairly cheap with my Battleline. They are there to benefit from Staunch Defender and prevent melee rushes. Still, I feel like I could be doing more with them. If any of the above units will be removed, I could restructure the Battleline. Still, I do not know what do make of them. So yes, those are my questions. Other than that, do you think this is worth exapnding on? If yes, would the Celestial Vindicators maybe be a good pick? And if no, why? Are Dracoths that much better? Thanks very much for reading. Take care

Fellow flesh eating deviants - jumping on the list feedback bandwagon, my list as it stands is as follows: • Ghoul king on Zombie dragon; general with Ruler of the Night and Cursed Book • Varghulf Courtier with the Closk of Mists and Shadows • Crypt Haunter Courtier; Part of the Abbatoir formation • Unit of 30 Ghouls; part of the abbatoir formation • Units of 6 Horrors; part of the abbatoir formation • Unit of 3 Horrors; part of the abbatoir formation • Unit of 10 ghouls • Unit of 10 ghouls • Terrorgheist/second zombie dragon - not sure which yet 1980 points total. The list is meant to be somewhat competitive but more just meant to be fun to play with. Open to any and all feedback. Engage Criticism drives. All ahead full!!

  24. Building a 2000 points Death Army

Hey there, Ive been testing an army with Tabletop Simulator for awhile before buying the models. The army was successfull so far, I had three wins out of three matches but they are just pitch battle without any objectives and with the same opponent who plays a melee/witch elf heavy Dark elf army. Some opinions would be great before I buy anything and invest into the army. The list follows as: Nagash, Supreme Lord of the Undead - 900 (General) Count Mannfred - 160 w/ Barbed Nightmare Necromancer - 120 (with an artifact, tried out the mortal wounding one according to the battle turn and it worked pretty well) 40 x Zombies - 240 40 x Zombies - 240 40 x Zombies - 240 1 x Corpse Cart - 80 -------------------------- 1980 So the idea was building a huge zombie wall in front, while dealing a quite good damage in the first turns of combat with all the stacking buffs, which allows Nagash to eliminate targets with huge magic phases. Count Mannfred is there to help zombies in combat or hunt down enemy characters. He also allows Nagash to cast Winds of death as well. Necromancer is there to give Nagash his spell and make one unit of zombies pile in and attack twice. As I said, I do not know how this will work in objective games and against other opponents. Some feedback or ideas would be great! Thanks.
  25. The New Fatesworn

[120] Fatesworn [160] Ogroid Thaumaturge, Spiteful Shield, Treacherous Bond [140] Fatemaster, Paradoxical Shield or Phantasmal Weapons, Boundless Mutation [120] Magister, Shield of Fate [140] Curseling, Infusion Arcanum [360] 20 Chaos Warriors, Battleline [140] 10 Acolytes, Battleline [140] 10 Acolytes, Battleline [ 60] Spawn [ 60] Spawn [ 60] Spawn [ 60] Spawn Other [120] Tzaangor Shaman, Arcane Transformation [160] Skyfires [160] Enlightened The OT uses spawn and/or acolytes as the target for Treacherous Bond making him the unit to tank any hard hitting heroes. Magister keeps shield of fate on the warriors. Curseling keeps mystic shield on the warriors and buffs himself for combat. Fatemaster likely takes PW and goes after large units with low rend. Enlightened support warriors. Skyfires pick off key targets. Shaman buffs OT first (+1A), then the Fatemaster, and finally the Curseling. It has bodies for objectives, durability, good combat ability, and strong response units. Not the most competitive, but I feel like I stand a chance. Thoughts?
