  1. @Coyote thanks for that little tip. It slipped my mind and a worthwhile change for sure. Coupled up with @Skreech Verminkings comment, I’m debating dropping the rat ogors and 2x10 stormvermin and upping the last unit of stormvermin to 20 and adding in 2x20 clanrats. Holds the Grand Strategy a lot better, and the stormvermin in a 20 can fight if needed. I should have command points aplenty. I have also been thinking about a deceiver. As @Shirtrippersaid, I think they’re very strong with the minus to hit for shooting, their command trait and of course Dreaded Skitterleap. Thinking of switching the Warpseer for the Deceiver. That would give me 3 decent threats and the 20 Stormvermin on top. The other list I’m considering is this.   5. I’m putting together a list, of which I like the theme and it seems fairly competitive. What are your thoughts on the below? The one thing I’m currently debating is the Grave Guard and the Coven Throne. Strong units, they will just look outdated aesthetically.     New to Death

    Hi everybody, I’m new to the Death Faction. I like to build and paint towards an army list but need your help to do so. I'm unsure which direction to take the army with all the different sub factions. Ideally I want my army list to be as competitive as possible but also contain as many of the models I like and own. Models I like include Nagash, Mannfred, Arkhan, Neferata, Guardian of Souls, Zombie Dragon, Corpse Cart, Vampires, Necromancer, Black Coach, Dreadblade Harrows, Chainghasts, Bladeghiests, Grimghast Reapers, mounted Knight of Shrouds and Spirit Torments. Could you help me create a semi competitive army including the models above. I’m happy to use models which I haven’t included above if needs to be. I’m partial to Spirit Hosts and Chainrasps too! I’ve just built a Black Coach. I could happily have 2-4 of these in the list. Not keen on the Hexwraiths after building some.

I'm going to try “MakeTzaangors great again!” Been pondering a few lists the last few days, so thought I'd post here to get feedback on which you think would be most competitive with comments to improve. I’ve always only played at tournaments, but wish to change that once the world is back to normal. Generally my play style is push it forward and roll dice. I’m guessing I’ll have to learn a few new tricks! What do you think the strongest Tzaangor list would be currently?
  8. I’m back to painting my Tzeentch. I’m going for a little different. An MSU approach, with hopefully some MW output from the Tzaangor totems. Let me know what you think of this list. High drops means I can position heroes where I need them. I thought having multiple Vulcharcs would be good, as well as the extra damage from the Tzaangor banner.

  14. So I've got two lists I've been thinking about. The core stays the same - Pyrofane Cult Witchfyre Coven Fatemaster Gaunt Summoner on Disc Tzaangor Shaman 20,20,10 Kairic Acolytes Spell Portal, Extra CP, Quick Silver Swords Now the two options I've been considering is keeping it 5 drop and going 9 Enlightened on Discs or 6 drop and having 3 Enlightened on foot or discs and 20 Tzaangors. The second option gives me 40 wounds in the Tzaangors and they fight reasonably well. Run and charge too. It's just keeping all 20 in range of the Fatemaster's Command Ability. With the Enlightened on discs, this is a lot easier to do and they have 16" movement. Any suggestions? I haven't played with Tzeentch yet, so trying to find out which would be better in terms of damage output and survivability between 9 Enlightened on discs and the 20 Tzaangors.
