Driving down the Hume Highway from Albury-Wodonga to Wangaratta for work (distance about 80km... 50 miles for you guys) and I almost had to pull over with the clown army... the official FAQ which required you to wear the $70 GW branded t-shirt was just awesome. I think PlasticCraic covers it perfectly. It would not take much to give those passionate gutbusters players a few new toys to play with going in to 2.0 Battalions, allegiance abilities and some shared key words among the minor factions (maneaters and firebellies) would make a huge difference. Facehammer did declare that the realm specific magic items are legit for matched play, perhaps there will besomething there that may help our butchers or tyrants be a little more flexible.

None of the Khorne mortal stuff riding a juggernaught has the daemon key word which pokes a hole in that theory pretty quickly.

Products remaining in range will be Cogsmith, Gyrocopter/Bomber, Ironbreakers/Irondrakes, Hammerers/Longbeards... all warmachines to go bye bye or at least be replaced by bigger badder ones. Expect all infantry to get a re-pack and price drop (at least at a $ per model cost).
