I’m all for RAW and all that but did they remove the bit about common sense in the rules? Also the saying of if it’s too good to be true and all that yeah?

I agree if soulbright wasn’t available but she is so I feel like it’s a non issue. Besides I foresee games where you’d use an LA but not necessarily the evos on dracoline or vice versa

What makes you think you couldn’t use him as generic? I’m genuinely curious because he looks pretty standard, just like when I have multiple primes and combine units and just let my opponent know who the prime is. I personally love this approach I mean most people complain about cost of the hobby. Seems like a nice way to give us more options in one kit usable multiple ways. Obviously if you only want the LA then soulbright is available. I also see no problem swapping places with them if you want to use the kit variant as your LA for a game.

I’m no expert or anything but don’t you feel like many of the changes you listed are changes to the game overall and not just SCE. I mean look at all of them wholisticly? There’s a common theme I think we will see going forward. Id be very surprised if these changes are specific to us. Also I think most of the new and old stuff looks great..... seems like lots of new options to play with and more coming. I mean you basically listed the same change a bunch of times but for different units.

^ I think that is how it will work as well, it clearly says once the model is slain. That to me means theres no wounds hovering waiting for it to come back, you assign wounds and it dies, then is essentially summoned again with 1 wound remaining. Once a model is slain is it not dead? I don't really understand how you could RAI that differently. Also cycle of storm is not something that is "triggered" the player chooses when to use this ability and on what target. It is not something that you even need to declare before the wounds are assigned.

What ever happened to most of the dread fort options for purchase from GW? Only a few parts listed now, will those options ever return ?
