Flying vs moving - Verminlord Warpseer spell

Morning all,

This came up in a game the other day. The Verminlord Warpseer's spell states that if it is successful the unit affected cannot run or fly and halves any charges.

This was cast on a flying beastie and we decided that it just meant it could still move its full allowance but was restricted to move as a normal model, without being able to fly over other models etc. This seemed fair to both of us, but decided it was worth checking! The intent presumably isn't to stop fliers moving at all?
