My friend has a pretty nasty flesheater army , so I want to at least be formidable. Thanks for the help! Furious Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 I like the 6xOgors - they do surprisingly well - and the gargant, and Butchers are awesome too! What are you equipping your warboss with? Banner? Personally, I think to get the best out of Greenskinz Orruks you need at the very least 30, or units of 10 for batteline purposes. I would go to say that there isn't really a place for units of exactly 20 Orruks - you're going to lose that amazing extra attack before you get to use it. I would run this list, probably, but I would drop the Savages and put 10 extra orruks in that unit. It would do decently, unless going up against a hyper competitive list. It will be a fun list for sure as these units pack a surprising punch, but there are situations in which this list will get steamrolled. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Less units to paint, so you can get them on the table faster. Maybe something like this? Would give you a good basis to work with also it's pretty close to what I run at 1000pt. With only 13/16 models to paint you could get it painted fast and then add the numbers and specialist from the orcs and before you know it you should have 1,500 points going onto 2000pt. I would keep the Savage orruks (2 wounds each) for meat with arrows and go bulls on the second. The units you listed, do you own them and therefore want to try to fit them in? if so: Tyrant (need) 160pts Butcher (have) 140pts 6 Bulls (have) 240pts 10 Savage orruks (have) 100pts (need to convert from arrowboys to regular boys if you have the sprues left) Aleguzzler Gargant (have) 180pts Aleguzzler Gargant (need) 180pts 1000/1000 If you don't have these units and plan to buy new: Tyrant 160pts Butcher 140pts 6 Bulls 240pts 6 Bulls 240pts 40 Grots 200pts 980/1000 or Tyrant 160pts Butcher 140pts 6 Ledbelchers 320pts 6 Ledbelchers 320pts Gorger 60pts 1000/1000 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
