I have fun popping a unit of 6 out of a gravesite 9" from an enemy unit and then charging in. I think maybe the Chronomantic Cogs endless spell would help give them that extra bit of charge distance to make them even more potent coming out of the grave.

Decent unit, good target for vanhels, good option for gravesite deployment & endless legions.  Shame the +to hit synergy with knight of shrouds is gone, but at the same time they can't be crippled by hit penalties anymore either.  A squad of 6 is a solid use of 240 points, in Sacrament lists especially.  Grand Host and Night lists might prefer to spend thise points on morghasts, while Blood might prefer blood knights, but even in those subfactions, 6 spirit hosts is still a very respectable investment.

No specific bonus for sacrament, just that grand host and blood have specific bonuses for different units in the same price range, while for night there are other units in the same price range that make better use of the outflanking ability.

Since sacrament boosts basically just wizards, it's the legion that is most open to individual preference in unit selection, particularly in mid range elitish units, most notably vargheists and spirit hosts which are both fine units by default but again get outshown in legions that specifically buff or synergize with rival units like harbingers or blood knights.
