It's the command Ability that is listed in the core rules under the point Herophase and makes one unit immune to battleshock.

sounds not that good.

i am going to Play with an seraphon army, and they have a high bravery.

and order factions can reroll battleshock test once in 12" of a hero.

so why should i pick this? am i missing something?

Every General has this Ability by default since AoS has started and can choose it in your Herophase instead of the Command Ability on the Warscroll.

Not every faction will need it. Its interesting if you play massive units, plan an attack and you actually know that you will lose 8 models in your Turn or your opponents Turn (perhaps not having Bravery 10) so you don't lose models by battleshock this round.

thank you, that helps a bit.

maybe i will choose an other command ability, i think 1 reroll as an order faction should handle the Job ;).

Keep in mind that if you play with the Seraphon allegiance traits, you do not also get the order traits. Its one or the other.

Even without the re-roll he has Bravery 10 like all Daemons and Undead. There are other armies that need inspiring presence more.

oooh, i dont get the alliance traits, thats a huge Information. thx

It depends on the allegiance abilities you use.  As descripted in the Rules for Allegiance Abilites (for example GH2017 Page 116, Allegiance, Paragraph 2), if you have the Seraphon Allegiance you can use either the Order Allegiance Abilities (GH2017 Page 118/119) or the Order Allegiance Abilites (GH2017 Page 130/131) but not both of them.
