GFulls Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 Hi Everyone, I have not played Fantasy since 5th edition. I have been playing a ton of 40K and Horus Heresy. I wanted to start up a Sigmar Army and decided on Beastclaw Raiders (due to model count and time to paint them up). Any advice on building a solid 2000 force? FatherTurin Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 I played Beastclaw for a bit, then set them aside, and I am just now picking them up again. The GHB 2017 made a lot of things more difficult to pull off by making battalions so much more expensive, so you have 2 options: go for battalions or go for more models. For better or for worse, I can’t bring myself to put a list together without a Frostord on Stonehorn, so I tend to go without the major battalions. Maybe something like this (and this is just off the top of my head, haven’t played it yet, so others can give input). Frostlord on Stonehorn Icebrow Hunter Fungoid Cave Shaman (allies) 2x2 Mournfang Pack Thundertusk Beastriders Stonehorn Beastriders 2x4 Frost Sabres Skal (Battalion) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
