Kharadron Bomb Racks and pile in

Short question:

If I have another units beneath my ironclad and the enemy attacks this other unit (so moves in 1/2") and is also in 3" around my Ironclad, he piled in to  get closer to the Ironclad I can't use my Bomb Racks?

Pile in is no charge move?

 

In my last game this happend often and I found it very frustrating, because it is so easy with this pile in move to avoid the bombs, because the ships stands very rarely alone -.-

Okay, here goes.

Pile-in moves are not charge moves, so do not activate the bomb racks.

Pile-in moves *must* be toward the closest enemy model, regardless of unit. Closest is measured model to model.

Combat attacks can be against *any* unit in range and LoS.
