Nothing has been confirmed yet, but if you look at the website (https://malignportents.com/) they are doing a lot of investment in getting people up to speed with the background (two stories a week) and trying to build it up. It's safe to assume there will be a summer event around this ;)

It absolutely has been confirmed. This is from the community website.

“Very soon, you’ll be able to blood your new army and help make Warhammer history in a new global campaign”

Phil Kelly also reconfirmed a global campaign like season of hope on the live stream.

Well, that was expectable. I hope they will center it around Death rather than new Order cities in Shyish.

It sometimes feels like people are not looking at the right place ;)

We indeed have the explanation of the campaign since the MP website was up : https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/01/04/malign-portents-the-time-is-nighgw-homepage-post-1/

On this map, the Innerland Marches of Shyish, you can see where we are going to fight. And with the current gathering, videos and stories, it's probably going to be a "Everybody VS Death" type of event, without focus on the Free people cities this time : https://malignportents.com/realms/

If the rumourmill is to be believed, GW are waiting for the electricity sub-station to be upgraded on the industrial park.  They've upgraded all of the machines to the point where there's not enough power to run any more! (queue image of Scotty from StarTrek running round shouting about not enough power)

From what I've heard from staffers, they are actually planning an extension to production facilities. Considering the increases in sales, this makes sense.
