This month I am aiming to:

- get my 5 brutes and a warchanter finished (they’re about 80% done)

- paint two moonclan grot shamans

- build and paint 3 fanatics and a megaboss.

- hopefully build two more gore gruntas and maybe a dread maw if it arrives on time

I will probably leave the basing for january though

i'll double that ;)

For me it's going to be a busy month but very close to finishing my 1K Slaanesh army

So:

- Slaanesh Lord on daemonic Mount
- Finish Chaos Chariot
- 3 Ogors, to finish them up to 15.

stretch
- 5 warriors & 10 daemonettes OR
- Chariot and spawn

Well this list just became redundant. I just got Shadespire. New list:

- Slaanesh Lord on daemonic Mount
- A warband

Stretch:
- 3 ogors
- second warband
- finish the Chariot

motivate me for two projects this month.  I am working on a 2x4 ft wooden table for my local Warhammer store to add some hobby space so the other 4 x6 ft space can be used for gaming (allowing more people to do stuff at the same time). It's a bit rustic, but I'm chiseling a Games Workshop logo on the center for fun.

Alright, I finished the table!  Made out of pallet wood and other bits I had and now being varnished, but here are some pics. I tried to make the letters appear to be glowing a little, but it is hard to see with the lighting I had.

Good looking table there.

So here's a little update post for y'all, my Shaggoth is nearing completion just a few more details left then it's on to the Sorc on Manticore!

And here's the Manticore as I had left him a few years back and never got around to painting him so he'll be getting paint very soon, perhaps starting him later today!

As always feedback is welcome, thanks

Well, the first part of my December contract is nearly finished. Now I'm waiting for the paint I ordered to arrive so I can complete the bases. These were the first Orruks I've ever painted. The yellow was a pain but I really enjoyed painting the skin.

My second project is Garrek's Reavers, but the paints I need for their skin are also in the box full of goodness I'm still waiting for... I might start on the Grot Scuttlings of Silver Tower in the meantime.

I've always liked yellow on Orcs. I painted up a huge army of Bad Moons a few years back for 40k, was a pain in the butt but looked epic when I was finished especially if you nail the weathering just right, and you have done that.

I finished these a week ago, but it's taken me since then to get a decent photo and upload it. I've also built my Great Bray Shaman, 10 gors, nearly done with 10 ungor raiders, and built and painted 2 separate ungors for colour tests. Colour and basing schemes for the army pretty much decided, just waiting for materials in the mail. 10 more gors, 10 bestigors, a metal beastlord, and an ungor shaman conversion (next up!) remaining of my pledge.

Last month wasn’t quite a loss... but I will say that Painting was overtaken by events. :| (And a bunch of Vermintide on the Xbox...  )

I finally completed the Shadespire SCE to a good tabletop standard on the painting bench today...

So here goes:

Paint the Shadespire SCE (to a tabletop+ standard) - Done (woo hoo!)

Tabletop Standard for the Bloodreaver Shadespire team.

Stretch Goals:

- Shade and hilight the bases for the SCE and Bloodreavers

- Update the Bloodreavers a higher than minimum standard.

- Additional models for Warhammer Quest

I finally finished the last 10 Blood Reavers from last month! I had a few set backs the biggest was the fact my first attempt at an earthshade wash caused lots of white marks to appear over the model. Which resulted in some repainting that slowed me down, and killed my motovation.

Now just need to finish the last 10!

Shadows over Hammerhal definitely!

They're down the way in my queue as well...

With the addition of the new Chaos Adversary Cards for Warhammer Quest, and the additional adventure that is in the December 2017 White Dwarf... it’s a great way to play! B|
