Raptors and lord aquillor

When using the rule where the lord aquillor remove vanguard raptors ( lord of  the azyrite hurricane) do they a) come in the very next phase I.e hero, movement phase , or is it wait till there next turn movement phase.. and b) if removing from combat is it a retreat even though it’s in the hero phase

They are removed from the battlefield, so it's not a move nor a retreat. Later, you set them up in your subsequent movement phase (aka the very next phase after your hero).
