TGCMactar
Does anyone know how to get a feeling of a no green skinned orruk? like ones in the lotr series, maybe rakarth flesh with some kislev flesh and topping it off with agrax? and which orruk box do you think matches the style of these? Malakree
When you say "no green skinned" did you have any specific colour tones in mind. Elf flesh style Reddish Uruk-Hai Brown Uruk-hai More of a Pallid style Slightly different The Pale Orc Yellowish Ollie with the way more useful response

BunkhouseBuster
I went with a non-traditional color scheme for my Ironjawz. I wanted red armor, but I also did not want them to be "Christmas colored" with red and green. As such, I went with a blue scheme. Base of Reaper Darkness, followed by a layer of Sotek Green, wash with Agrax Earthshade, and then layer on Sotek Green again. And hey, they are still technically "green-skinned" with that color scheme
Kessler
My favourite pale orruks: http://taleofpainters.blogspot.com.ee/2017/01/wip-age-of-sigmar-ironjawz-brutes.html?m=
Dunn
I also wanted to do something with my orruks, making them a little less green that is. So I went with a pale, oliv/green look. Forgive my horrible pictures!
Lucio
My favourite pale flesh approach is Kislev Flesh as the base coat Wash with Reikland Fleshshade Drybrush Rakkath Flesh and a lighter drybrush with Palid Wych Flesh You could consider swapping out the Reikland Flesh shade with either Athoian Camoshade (to give a hint of green) or Nuln Oil (shadowy grey flesh) or Drakenhof Nightshade (for a blue, dead flesh colour)
