Yeah I dont think the 'list on sign-on' approach helps, you just end up with scrappy hand written lists. Set the deadline a week in advance, lists via email, make it scrollbuilder only or have a template with your event criteria clearly listed and do some checks to make sure they are met, or even farm it out to volunteers from the community. I'm seeing this even coming from 40k focus. 40k usually has all the lists up somewhere accessible shortly after a major event, but AoS lags.
