Ollie Grimwood
I take it you bought it by mail order or in the start collecting box. Take it back they're great with replacements. By the look of it it's been heat damaged after packing
Chaotic Neutral
mail order blister. just wondering how this could happen after packaging w/o harming the thinner blister plastic. perhaps they put a warped sprue in and decided that i needed a warped base to match lol. BunkhouseBuster
Yeah, as was mentioned, call up or email GW Customer Service. They are really awesome about replacing stuff like that. It is impressive that something did that to your model and base without affecting the package. It had to have been heated and melted to get into that shape without snapping. Greyshadow
Something like this would likely be very rare, never seen anything like that in the 20+ years I've been in the hobby. Maybe it ended up too close to a heater in some warehouse somewhere whilst in transit? GW customer service will sort it out for you.

Screwface
This happened to me once with the savage orc big boss model. It's weird but presume the warping happened before it was packed and nobody noticed it. As has been stated, GW's customer service is second to none and they'll sort you out. Mayple
The realm of chaos is dark, and full of terrors. I support the above statement - Tzeentch had it in for the slaughterpriest.
BURF1
GW's customer support is actually amazing. A local guy bought 3 Stormfiend kits that all had the same small hole in the stormfiends necks; they sent him 3 new kits no questions asked.
