The scenery power that gives +1 to hit for the cost of mortal wounds. Is that "Damned?" Mannfred's Wind of Death spell can do a few mortal wounds. Arkhan the Black's Curse of Years spell gets stories told every now and then of doing a bunch. I find it unreliable. Good ol' Arcane Bolt. If you really need MW, Spirit Host are most reliable. You can try 2 x Mortis Engine and pop the Mortal Wound effect in your hero phase for a big bomb. Death generally lacks MW output, until a new book comes out some century.
