Round Time: 2 Hours and 30 minutes.
There will be three games of the day and these will be matched using swiss pairings. The first round will be randomly allocated and each round players will compete against someone with a similar number of wins and losses as themselves.
After each game, there will be either a lunch break or a brief break to allow us to gather results and provide people with a small convenience break. You can find our approximate schedule below.

Each player must bring an army of up to 2000 points, following the rules and restrictions in the Pitched Battle section of the General's Handbook. Only Warscrolls and Warscroll battalions with a Pitched Battle profile may be used in this event.
It is not a requirement for models to be fully painted but they must be based on either square or round bases (preferably round bases). Base sizes for models should be within reason, but not smaller than the bases the model(s) was supplied with.
Players must register their army with us. All you have to do is bring along a copy of your army list and a proof of purchase (either til receipt or online invoice) and we will give you a scorecard for the day.
Players will have to use the same army all day and we will be conducting spot checks to make sure that the points add up and that your army is accurate to the submitted army list.
For this tournament, we will be using base-to-base when measuring all distances between models. Bases cannot overlap for purposes of piling in and making attacks.
Games will be scored using the victory conditions of the scenarios and the table below:
Major Victory - 3 Points
Minor Victory - 2 Points
Draw - 1 Point
Loss - 0 Points
Players will need to keep track of points in each game as margin of victory will be used as a tiebreaker.
We will be offering prizes for the top 3 players as well as the Most Sporting Opponent and two Best-Painted Army Awards. For the most sporting opponent, every player will be asked to pick one game that they enjoyed most that day. The player who receives the most votes will win the most sporting player award.
The two painting awards are given based on the Judges' Choice and Players' Choice. Please notify a judge if you wish to enter your army into the best painted army competition. During our lunch break, we will ask players taking part in this to leave their army for our judge to assess and make a decision. Players will also be given a chance to vote for which army they think was the best painted.
1st Place: £30 store credit & Trophy

I am running a matched play event for Age of Sigmar Skirmish at my local club in a couple of weeks time. This was primarily intended for club members, but I have been given the greenlight by @Paul Buckler to advertise this.
The event does take place on a Thursday evening (19th October) in deepest darkest dogging Dorset, so I appreciate it may not be practical to attend. If you are local-ish, within around an hours drive, I can promise it'll be worth your time to attend. Skirmish is a lot of fun and these little events are a great way to play it. You also don't need a day pass from the other half!

Thanks to @bottle for creating this originally for the Friday side event at BLACKOUT. We will be using this completely (please note the house rules), with the exception of the schedule, which will all be moved forward an hour and a half.
There are some nice trophies available for 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, Best Warband and Best Opponent. The last two are to be voted upon by players.
There are 24 places available and the entry cost will be dependant on the number of attendants (trophy cost divided by the number of players is the only factor). It will be £3.50 at very maximum.
Grudges are encouraged!

& AGOM EGO CUP II
#AGOM19 will be held at The Shakespeare Centre, Yard 76, Highgate, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4HE, on Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd of October 2017.
AGOM 19 hosts two tournaments, a Warhammer: Age of Sigmar event (2000pt matched play Generals Handbook 2017), and a Blood Bowl event.
Both events consist of 5 games of 2 1/2 hours over the course of a weekend. AoS games will be drawn randomly from the General's Handbook 2017 before each round.
Prizes will be given for the top three places, best sportsman, best player chosen painted army/team and best in Grand Alliance. Also good old last place & of course our unique brotherhood award!
Not only all this but our Raffle Army will be available again, just £10 for a strip & you could walk away with a fully painted Death army with book & carry case! Follow updates as the army develops!
